A Lazarus' Coincidence

(Freely inspired of Peter F. Hamilton's The Night's Dawn Trilogy.)
A fortuitous breach in reality offers the possibility for the souls roaming in limbo to come back to life,
taking possession of the body of a victim who abdicates in front of suffering.

Crawling from a nightmare
Legions of darkest souls
Grasping me for an answer
They already know

Pain is my welcome gift
As I possess the stranger body
Just living - I let them
Senseless, mourning endlessly

Like a new birth
A second chance

I (still) hear them howling,
Longing for a sensation
Malice born sufferings
Entwine truth and illusion

I (still) hear them howling,
Longing for a sensation
Malice born sufferings
Hunt for possession

Lost in a maze of torments
I feel wrath overwhelming
Burning inside fire
Eager to erupt

My dreams bear out
I can model reality
Greater than God Almighty
Time for revenge has come

Like a new bride
A second dance...

Marching to victory
I lead my possessed army

Like a new death
A Lazarus coincidence

I (still) hear them howling,
Longing for a sensation
Malice born sufferings
Open the doors of possession

I see you screaming
Cannot stop the invasion
My death fellows possessing
One by one all your nations
